Make Image Transparent Background Gimp
. Firstly open your image in Gimp and select the Path tool from the tool bar. GIMP is a great tool for creating a blurred background or selective focus effect and its not very hard to do.
Open Paint by clicking the Cortana button. Click Select file type. To do so use Gimp PaintNet or any other image software that allows you to do that.
Below you can see how you can make the background 100 transparent in both Paint and Paint 3D.
Open Paint by clicking the Cortana button. Ive found in Irfan settings that I can change the windows background color but it changes only around the image the transparent color is still black. If i containg opacity 0 to 1 then my forground contents being transparent. It is used to create a path.
