Completely dry within an hour even during rainy season. I actually used this on my walls. Use it like the classic Paint program but instead of pixels and colors add characters to the canvas.
It is a thick paint so one decent coat was enough.
Find the available painting options in the left sidebar and the canvas on the right. Let the paint dry for 20-30 minutes between coats and use as many coats as you need to get the desired color. If youre hand-painting the PVC apply a light layer of primer and allow it to dry then brush on the first coat of paint.
