. Again this just rcently started up this way not sure why. In the Format list choose PNG image.
Choose FilePrint and in the print dialog that displays select the ImagePrinter Pro as your printing device. Click OK in the print dialog to start the print process. All images and logos are crafted with great workmanship.

If you cannot use these methods we are providing an example of how this can be done using ZPL. It will not really print your files. There is a workaround where if we convert the screenshot PNG to a JPEG file it then prints normaly.
