Why My Laptop Brightness Is Not Changing Windows 10

. I dont know what the name of the model I have is but its an Asus laptop with a touchscreen model number atherosar5b125. I thought it might be a problem with Windows 10 so I made sure all of my laptops were updated to Windows 10 and tried my Bluetooth mice on all devices.

I dont know why but anytime I use a Bluetooth device with this laptop it freezes constantly. Sleep mode when set to power button for windows 10 and Windows 11 laptop. Also my volume button doesnt change the volume but the find on page ctrl F tab pops up.
